Auto Heaven wants to make sure that your vehicle selling process is guaranteed and satisfactory. For this purpose, we follow our Satisfaction Guarantee protocol.
If you received a Vehicle Quotation from Auto Heaven, it was based on the information provided to us by you. Once a tow truck has been dispatched to you to pick up the vehicle, it is the duty of the driver to verify all the vehicle details that were relayed to us over the phone or via the website quotation form.
In some rare cases, we may discover that some information given to us was inaccurate, which may impact the payout amount for the vehicle which was promised to you. Such instances may involve the following:
- Inaccurate Mileage
- Missing Parts
- Aftermarket Catalytic Converters
- Missing Catalytic Converters
- Hollow (Burnt Through) Catalytic Converters (Some older VW or GM vehicles)
- Missing Ownership
- Excessive Vehicle Damage due to Rust / Physical Damage
- Improper Wheels or Absence thereof
- Different Vehicle Model
In such cases of a discrepancy, Auto Heaven will make every effort to honour the originally quoted payout, but due to the reduced value of the vehicle, a reduced price may be offered. The customer has the right to refuse the offer without any penalties or fees from Auto Heaven for sending a driver.
Auto Heaven guarantees that every customer will be paid in cash upon arrival and prior to hooking up a vehicle to the tow truck. Exceptions to payment methods can be made with a mutual agreement between the customer and Auto Heaven, where alternative payment methods can be accommodated such as Interac E-Transfer, Certified Cheque.
