Have the original vehicle portion of your Ontario ownership available. If it is missing, contact us before scheduling the pickup.
Remove Personal Items
Check the glove box, trunk and console. Remove your licence plates, 407 transponder, garage opener, chargers and personal belongings.
Keep Your Records
Keep your plate portion and a copy of the transaction record or bill of sale for your files after the vehicle has been sold.

How much is my scrap car worth?
There is no single fixed scrap car price. Value depends on the vehicle's year, make, model, condition, mileage, completeness, reusable parts, current metal values and location. Providing accurate information and photos usually makes it easier to give you an accurate offer.
Is towing free when I scrap my vehicle?
Free vehicle pickup is included with accepted Auto Heaven scrap car removals within the applicable service area. Let us know in advance if the vehicle has no wheels, is underground, blocked in or requires unusual recovery equipment.
Can Auto Heaven pick up my car today?
Same-day pickup is available in many Toronto, GTA and Southern Ontario service areas when scheduling and towing capacity allow. If the same day is full, the next available pickup window can be arranged.
Do I need the vehicle ownership to scrap a car?
Have the original vehicle ownership available for a standard transaction. If the ownership has been lost, contact Auto Heaven before arranging pickup so your situation can be reviewed and you can be told what documentation will be needed.
Do I need a Used Vehicle Information Package?
A UVIP is not normally requested for a straightforward end-of-life vehicle transaction, although additional documentation may be requested in certain situations, including when ownership or lien information needs to be clarified.
Can I scrap a car that does not run?
Yes. Non-running vehicles are a normal part of scrap car removal. Tell us whether the vehicle rolls, steers, has wheels and whether there are access issues so the correct towing equipment can be arranged.
Can I scrap a vehicle without wheels?
In many cases, yes. A vehicle without wheels generally requires flatbed or specialized loading equipment. Disclose this when requesting your quote so the pickup can be scheduled correctly.
Should I remove my licence plates before pickup?
Yes. Remove the licence plates and personal belongings before the vehicle leaves. Check for items such as a 407 transponder, garage door opener, documents, chargers and anything stored in the trunk or console.
