Pricing Guarantee

Every quote you receive from Auto Heaven is based on the details you provide to us online or over the phone. When our tow truck arrives, the driver will inspect the vehicle to confirm that the information given matches the actual condition and specifications.

On rare occasions, we may find differences that affect the true value of the vehicle, such as:

  • Incorrect or significantly higher mileage

  • Missing parts or major components

  • Aftermarket catalytic converters

  • Missing catalytic converters

  • Hollow or burnt-through catalytic converters (common on some older VW and GM models)

  • Missing vehicle ownership (registration)

  • Severe rust or extensive physical damage

  • Wheels that are not as described, unsuitable, or missing altogether

  • A different trim or model than originally stated

When there is a discrepancy, Auto Heaven will always try to honour the original quote. However, if the actual value of the vehicle is substantially lower than what was described, we may need to adjust the offer on site.

If you are not satisfied with the revised price, you are completely free to refuse. There are no call-out charges, penalties or fees for having our driver come to your location.

Payment Guarantee

Auto Heaven guarantees that payment is made on the spot, before the vehicle is hooked up to the tow truck.

  • Standard payment method: cash on arrival

  • Alternative payment options (if agreed in advance or mutually arranged on site) may include:

    • Interac e-Transfer

    • Certified cheque

We will only remove the vehicle once payment has been completed in the method agreed between you and Auto Heaven.
