Does my car need to be running?
No. Auto Heaven buys running vehicles as well as vehicles with mechanical problems, collision damage and end-of-life vehicles.
Why should I upload photos?
Photos help show the actual condition of the body, interior, wheels and visible damage. Better information helps us evaluate the vehicle more accurately before pickup.
Do you charge for towing?
Towing or pickup is included where free pickup applies. Unusual recoveries or locations outside normal service coverage should be discussed when requesting your quote.
How quickly can you pick up my car?
Same-day or next-day pickup may be available in many core service areas. Scheduling depends on location, vehicle condition and truck availability.
How do I get paid?
Payment can be made by cash or e-transfer when the vehicle is collected and the required ownership information has been verified.
What paperwork should I have?
